What this site collects, and what it does not.

This website does not use advertising trackers and sets no cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of individual visitors. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which records the request in the way any web server does.

If you use the sample request form, the details you enter — your name, work email, company, team size and message — are sent to The Journal Foundry Co. through the form service of our hosting provider, Netlify, and used only to reply to you. They are not added to any mailing list and are not shared with anyone else. Write to kzukas@thejournalfoundryco.co.uk to have them deleted.

If you use the free sample form, your email address and, if you give it, your first name are sent to us through the same Netlify form service. We use them to give you the sample. We email you about new journals and the method only if you ticked the box asking for that, and you can stop those emails at any time by replying or writing to kzukas@thejournalfoundryco.co.uk, which also gets your details deleted. The list is never sold or shared. We keep the details while you stay subscribed, or for no longer than twelve months if you did not tick the box.

Purchases of the printable journals are handled entirely by Etsy under Etsy's own privacy policy.

If a company orders journals with each person's name printed on them, we use the list of names only to produce that order. The names go to our print partner for printing and nowhere else, and we delete the list once the copies have been delivered and the period for reporting a printing fault has passed.

Nothing written inside any journal we make is collected by us or by anyone else. It is on paper, and it is yours.
