Give your clients something to write in between sessions.
A licence lets your practitioners hand a guided journal to their own clients — printed or as a file — as part of the work they are already doing with you.
Most of what a client does between appointments goes unrecorded, and by the next session it has been rewritten by memory. Our journals are structured records: each day the person writes what actually happened and scores it, and at set points they compare their own numbers rather than their impressions. That is the whole mechanic, and it is published in full so you can judge it before you licence it.
What it is not. It is a self-monitoring tool, not a treatment, not a clinical instrument and not a substitute for care. Whether it suits a particular client is your professional judgement, not our claim. Every edition carries a safety page and states plainly that nothing in it is monitored, collected or reported to anyone.
What a licence covers
We supply the journal as a PDF edition carrying your organisation's name, and your practitioners may give copies to their own clients, print copies in-house, and name the journal in your own materials. What is not allowed: selling the file or copies as a product of their own, publishing it where anyone can download it, sharing it with other organisations, or removing our imprint, safety page or privacy page. The licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable and does not expire.
No VAT to add — we are not VAT registered. Paid in full by bank transfer before delivery, and the file arrives within two working days of payment and of your organisation's name. Journals published after your licence are not included unless your quote says so. Full terms are in the practitioner licence section of our terms of supply.
Which journals
The current range covers energy and burnout, worry, procrastination, focus and digital distraction, people-pleasing and perfectionism. See all of them, or ask and we will send you the one closest to the clients you see.
Ask about a licence
Tell us roughly how many practitioners and the kind of work you do, and you will get one reply from a person — usually within one working day — with a sample of the journal that fits best. No newsletter, no sequence of follow-ups.
Or write directly: kzukas@thejournalfoundryco.co.uk. We use what you send only to answer you — see our privacy page.
