A free perfectionism worksheet: trade perfect for done.
Three days from The Perfectionism Journal, free. It is for anyone who has redone something four times, missed a deadline chasing right, or avoided starting because it might not be good. Each day is one page: a small, honest log of where you chose progress over polish.

What is in the free PDF
- How to use this journal. One page, the whole daily routine.
- The Perfectionism Severance Agreement. A formality before you begin, relieving the old standard of its duties.
- The five perfectionism traps. All-or-nothing thinking, the endless revision loop and three more, so you can spot them.
- Three Good-Enough logs. Day 1 to Day 3, exactly as they appear in the full journal.
Do the opening page before the first log. It takes five minutes, and the logs mean very little without it.
Why only three
The point shows up over weeks: what actually happened each time you stopped at good enough. Three days will not prove anything either way. They will show whether logging one good-enough act a day is something you will do.
If the three work for you
The full journal carries on from exactly where the sample stops: 30 Good-Enough logs, the six-page toolkit, four weekly reviews and a closing progress page. It is a printable PDF on Etsy · hardcover on Amazon, and the whole Etsy shop is 30% off until 25 October. How the full journal works.
